Role Description:

Vertico is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager with a talent for customer interaction to join our dynamic company in Eindhoven. You will work closely with our Sales Lead and Project Managers, directly responsible for business development.

 

What You Can Expect:

 

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.

• Cultivate and extend business relationships with current customers.

• Respond to requests for quotations.

• Collect customer insights on user experience, product improvements, and needs.

• Structurally follow up leads and update the sales funnel.

• Represent Vertico and give presentations at conferences and exhibitions.

• Work collaboratively with other technical sales or support colleagues within the company.

 

What We Ask:

 

• A HBO or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Sales, Engineering, Business, etc.).

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B industrial environment, including customer interaction.

• Experience in 3D printing technologies or product development is a plus.

• A passion for customer interaction, technology, and a drive to grow.

• Strong presentation and writing skills.

• A quality mindset and good problem-solving skills.

• Quick responsiveness, high standards, and an entrepreneurial predisposition.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well with team members and customer employees.

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Must currently live and work in the Netherlands; part-time work from home is possible (full-time remote work is not).
