•  Prize Redemption
The first prize is to be claimed at Vertico HQ. The prize does not include travel costs or hotel accommodations.

•  Validity
The first prize is redeemable until July 2025. After this date, the prize will no longer be valid.

•  Delivery
Free delivery is available within the European Union for medium and small planters only.

•  Non-transferability
The first prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

•  Changes and Cancellations
Vertico reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

•  Eligibility
The prize and free delivery are subject to eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions.

•  Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
